Development of a Protection Device for MILANDR Debugging Modules Against Overvoltage at the Inputs

Student: Koroleva Anastasia

Supervisor: Sergey Safonov

Faculty: HSE Tikhonov Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM HSE)

Educational Programme: Information Science and Computation Technology (Bachelor)

Final Grade: 10

Year of Graduation: 2020

This graduation qualification work is devoted to the development of a device for protecting discrete inputs of the MILANDR debugging module. During this development, an analysis was made of various existing methods of protecting the device. The device protects discrete inputs from harmonic and pulsed effects in the frequency range from the direct current at a voltage exceeding 3,3 V. If the amplitude is exceeded, the signal, after limiting, is sent to the debugging module. Based on the analysis, suitable methods were selected, and the device structure was developed. A schematic diagram of the device using the Proteus has been developed. Algorithms have been developed for detecting errors in the supply of a signal to the discrete inputs of the MILANDR debug board. A program for recording and displaying errors using the Mbed has been developed. The technical task for the final qualification work is completed. The work is done on 73 pages, contains 57 drawing, 8 tables, 11 sources.
