Problems of Small Business with Participation in Public Procurement

This work is devoted to the study of the problems faced by small businesses with participation in public procurement. In the process of the study, the main measures to support small business in the Russian Federation were studied, the main regulatory acts on procurement were analyzed, and the influence of COVid-19 on the procurement process was analyzed. A survey was conducted, on the basis of which problems associated with the security part of state contracts were identified, and ways to solve them were proposed.
