The Formulation of a Development Strategy, Analysis and Optimization of Business Processes on the Example of Auto Parts Company

Process optimization is an important stage in the work of each company. This is due to the continuous growth and development of the domestic and foreign markets, increasing customer needs, growing competition and the desire to become a leading company among others in their industry. At the beginning of the work, an analysis of existing methodologies for modeling business processes is presented. In the practical part, the ARIS methodology is used. Also, methods of process analysis were studied. In the course of the work, the structure of the company was studied, business processes were described and analyzed, problems and the need to optimize business processes were identified. The result of the work was a developed company development strategy based on its goals, following which will improve the state of the company, modernize business processes, maximize profits and bring the company to a higher level.
