Non-State Support for Multi-Children Families in Russian Federation (an Example of Charity Organisations)

Multi-Children Families in our country continue to be a vulnerable category of the population. The state provides support to large families, but studies show that this support is not enough. In this regard, it is very important to pay attention to the non-governmental sector and charitable organizations that provide various forms of support to large families in our country. In this paper, we analyze the dynamics and social status of large families, analyze the state and non-state support for large families in Russia using the example of charitable organizations. On the basis of the RLMS-HSE data, interviews with large families and a series of online surveys, the features of non-state support for large families, the interest and participation of large families in charitable organizations were revealed.
