Automation of the Processing of Applications of an Enterprise for the Maintenance of Door phone Systems and Video Surveillance Systems Using the 1C: Enterprise Platform

This work is devoted to the development of a program on the 1C: Enterprise platform, which allows users to keep track of the facts of servicing door phone systems and video surveillance systems. The paper presents the results of the comparative analysis method, which was used to identify the best functional capabilities of existing analogues of task distribution systems. In addition, the work contains a description and presentation of the as-is and to-be processes, using the BPMN notation, as well as use-case diagrams, using UML language. As a result of the work, a program on the 1C: Enterprise platform was presented. This development should simplify the work of servicing apartment buildings and customer service specialists. In this regard, automation should solve the problems of violation of the deadlines for the implementation of tasks and the inefficient distribution of time. In addition, the new introduction will eliminate human error when planning a work schedule and reduce the amount of paper documentation.
