The main Approaches to the Development of Tangible Methods of Description Business Processes

Business process modeling has become an integral part of the work of business analytics and applications in various fields of production, science and small business. TBPM is a method that transfers business process modeling to domain experts. The aim of the study is to develop the TBPM methodology. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: • analyze already conducted experiments with TBPM and identify development points; • explore existing approaches to the use of TBPM; • conduct an experiment with a new approach that describes the business process. Object research is the identification of approaches to the development of tangible methods for describing business processes. Hypothesis: the results of the experiment will demonstrate that the new method is more applicable and easier to use for experts in the field and is able to solve problems of misunderstanding between business analysts and experts in the field.
