Adaptive Conversion of CRM Data as a Means of Solving the Problem of their Incompatibility during Export

This work provides insight into the process of conversion of files from one CRM-system to another in the IT sphere. The aim is to analyze the mechanism of import and export and to solve the most common problems. The intersection consists of the analysis of how CRM works, in what areas people usually use it and what the best way to convert files is. This work focuses on finding the most optimal method to help users not to lose their data bases during passing from one Customers Relationship Management System to other. This work brings out some criteria which influence the mind of customers in deciding. Furthermore, it would also bring out some technical insights on how to convert one type of files to another. Discussing the article mechanisms of operating files can be used as a strategy to improve the transition between CRM systems not only in Russia but in the whole world too.
