Pharmaceutical industry is the main and strategic industry , as its development, quality of the output , leads not only the health of the nation , but the national security in general. Thus, any government is aimed to reduce dependence of the import pharmaceutical products. At present, the process of import substitution is quite being discussed in our market of oncology medications. The main issues are identified and their solutions are developed.
