Analysis of the Accordance of Demand and Supply of Educational Services for Nonprofit Organizations

Currently, the needs of NPOs in educational services are not sufficiently studied. Identifying the educational needs of NPOs can serve to develop new areas of study not only within the framework of additional education programs, but also to organize separate areas within such academic degrees as bachelor's and master's degrees. Educational programs based on the wishes of representatives of the non-profit sector will increase the impact of education and provide new opportunities for improving the effectiveness of NPOs, including in the provision of social services. The study will analyze collected during an online survey of NPO leaders data, identify priority areas of their educational needs, generated and analyzed the education programs and courses for NPOs (offline), analyzed the database on educational products for NPOs, available online. The data from both databases will be compared with the identified needs of NPOs.
