Development of a Banking Management System in Virtual Reality

Nowadays “virtual reality” direction grows faster and faster. This term is applied in many popular spheres such as video games, medicine, education and construction. Virtual objects that are created with the help of information technologies affects a person through his sensations: smell, sense of balance, touch, sight, taste and hearing. Thus, there is a special artificial world that does not physically exist, but is perceived by feelings in real time in accordance with the physics principles. This project illustrates the development of a bank services management system in virtual reality. Within the project, there were done the theoretical review and the comparative analysis of software solutions that banking services currently implement in virtual reality. Advantages and disadvantages were found that have been taken into account during the project. Additionally, the basic engineering solutions were determined, special software was selected, and the main development methods were reviewed. The practical part of the work was the developing of VR-application that allows viewing personal account, communicating with a virtual consultant and receiving required information. Also there is a function of VR-mortgage in the project. The user can view a residential complex and an apartment with a completed design project, as well as calculate an interest rate.
