Improving the Main Business Processes in a Travel Company

This final qualification work considers the improvement of the main business processes in a travel agency. In the first chapter of this work, the concept and essence of business processes were studied. The classification of business processes is considered. Also, it was found out how to conduct a description, modeling and analysis of business processes. A review of the main methods of improving business processes. The second chapter gave a general description of the activities of Kite Travel LLC, and also described and modeled the basic business processes of Kite Travel LLC (building models “as is”). And based on the models and descriptions of the main business processes of Kite Travel LLC, as well as information about the problems and potential opportunities for improving the main business processes, a qualitative logical analysis of bottlenecks was carried out. In the course of this analysis, a list of bottlenecks that arose during the implementation of the main business processes of Kite Travel LLC was revealed. In the third chapter, measures were developed to improve the basic business processes of Kite Travel LLC, namely: • implementation and use of a CRM system; • setting up a site function that allows you to leave feedback to customers. Also, “to be” models were developed for the implementation of the business processes “Sales of tourism products” and “Feedback”.
