Platform Based Digital Transformation of Execution of Government Functions: the Case of Civil Service Portal

Every year, digital technologies penetrate more and more into everyday life, and technological progress opens up great opportunities for optimizing socio-economic processes, including at the government level. The graduation qualification work substantiates the applicability platform based digital transformation of execution of government functions using the case of Civil Service portal. Based on the results of the research, recommendations are given to authorities on the realization of digital transformation of the implementation of government functions.
