Requisite Organization: the Role of Employees’ Emotions and Intelligence in Team Performance

The topic of the final qualification work "Props organizations: the role of emotions and intelligence in the performance of employees in the team". The final qualification work consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusion, conclusions for each Chapter, and a list of sources used. The purpose of this work: to study the role of emotional and intellectual development of employees in hierarchical organizations in the effectiveness and success of business development and achievement of their goals. The article substantiates the relevance of the theoretical work, the research topic, goal, hypothesis, tasks, describes the research methods, presents the methodological basis and main sources of information. In the first Chapter, the concepts of thinking and cognitive abilities, emotions and feelings will be considered sequentially and what is the difference between these concepts, the concepts of emotional and cognitive intelligence will be revealed. What is the essence and applicability of them in the work environment and how they are interconnected. In the second Chapter, based on the research of the scientist Elliot Jacques, who is the author of the concept of Requisite organizations, the concept of a Requisite organization is revealed and the importance of hierarchy in the structure of the organization is highlighted. It also justifies the dependence of the effectiveness and efficiency of work teams depending on the location of employees in the hierarchy in accordance with innate inclinations In conclusion, the results of the work are summarized and the final conclusions on the topic are formulated. In the course of the work, the theoretical and practical significance was confirmed. The conclusion is made about the importance of not only the emotional and intellectual development of employees, but also the hierarchy and position of the right people in the right places in the hierarchy of the company.
