The first chapter presents a theoretical justification of the importance of social benefits and formulated hypotheses. It also provides a theoretical model of the study. The second chapter is devoted to the methodology of data analysis. The research findings based on the Russian and international samples are presented and discussed in the third chapter. It was found that some factors influence the provision of social benefits in the Russian and international companies. Factors that do not influence the studied phenomenon are also identified. It is concluded that to improve the reliability of the results obtained, it is necessary to cluster countries based on the homogeneity of economic, political and other peculiarities.
