Phenomena such as economic crises give rise to many negative consequences for all sectors of the economy. As a result of such events, basic macroeconomic indicators are declining, such as: the rate of economic growth, the level of GDP, which in turn undermines the country's macroeconomic stability. Such fluctuations affect all sectors of the economy, including the social sector. The relevance of this field of PPP application is confirmed by the significant underfunding of infrastructure in these sectors of the social sphere, which has a great need to use the potential of the private sector.
