The study of the final qualification work is devoted to the study of aspects of the transformation of the personality of the leader and his management model in the framework of work processes during organizational changes. Currently, an increasing number of commercial organizations and government institutions are undergoing processes of transformation and changes in organizational structures. Digitalization and transformation of the business community forces us to review the requirements for the formation of a managerial role, which as a result affects the profile requirements of each individual managerial position, in which it is the personal qualities of a manager that are becoming increasingly important. Very often, it is these qualities that determine the ability and ability to cope with changes in the business environment. Key research objectives: the necessary role for the company and maximum business efficiency, personal effectiveness and resources, goals that the company and each person individually decide. In the theoretical part of the study, various examples of organizational transformations, changes in structures and managerial models are given, modern approaches to coaching and mentoring are studied. In the empirical part of the study, a practical case study has been carried out in terms of changing the management model in an educational institution. The roles of key leaders and the relationship of reactions and behavioral models in the context of ongoing changes are considered. Of particular interest to the case is precisely the choice of the educational environment in which changes in the business community and the digital transformation of internal processes also occur, but they are different from companies in the commercial sector, due to principles and rules that have been established over the years. The practical significance of the work is due to the possibility of applying the findings in organizational and personal counseling and coaching. Based on the above logic, a number of training modules / trainings can be built on the formation and strengthening of managerial skills when working in a situation of organizational change.
