Application of Mathematical Modeling Methods in Business Planning

Opening your own business requires the analysis of the market situation and thecalculations of some parameters of the selected project. The main parameters of chosenproject are profit and costs, on the basis of which the payback period of the enterpriseis calculated. This paper presents simulation and mathematical models, which allow us to evaluate the indicated parameters for the project of opening a cafe of format "Coffee to go". As mathematical models, a queuing system, which is built on the basis of thedata received from a real business, and integral equations are considered. Simulationmodel is developed in tool Anylogic. The main result of this research is a businessplan for opening the specified facility. The generalized theory presented in the publicdomain is summarized here, and mathematical calculations of the system parametersbased on the study are introduced.
