Innovation in Business Processes of Corporate Learning Management using Simulation Modeling Work consists of 100 pages, includes an introduction, 5 chapters, conclusion, 24 figures, 2 tables, 85 used sources. Corporate training is developing rapidly, more actively, innovatively and efficiently than traditional forms of education; it is here that the most advanced forms of learning are mastered. The experience of using simulation models indicates good prospects in the management of business processes, but the theory and practice of their implementation and application in the field of corporate training has not been studied enough and is accompanied by conflicting results, which requires further research. The problems of training are understood quite broadly, promisingly, but quite pragmatically - it is necessary to correlate costs with the effect. This leads to an important problem: a preliminary and reasonable assessment of training costs. The methodological base of the work consists of the following scientific methods: analysis and synthesis, induction, deduction, formalization, the method of thought experiment, hypothetical-deductive method, historical and logical methods. As well as simulation and mathematical methods of modeling. As a result of the work, a comprehensive model of training planning was developed, which has sufficient functionality to carry out planning of intra-organizational training by large enterprises. AND Key words: simulation modeling, corporate training, innovation, planning, business process management.
