The catering segment is one of the most profitable types of business, due to the human need for food. At the same time, each city has a large number of existing bars, cafes and restaurants that can meet the existing demand. The catering industry is very competitive, so the main task of participants in this market is to create a high-quality product that can win the fight against competitors. The topic of this thesis is " Analysis and improvement of marketing activities of the enterprise”. Practice shows that in order to achieve the desired results in business, it is necessary to use marketing correctly. The study of articles and literature on this profile showed the absence of a single method of creating and using a functioning marketing strategy. Key words: marketing activity, marketing activities of the organization.
