Environmentally Sustainable Organization: Antecedents, Means and Outcomes

The topic of the bachelor thesis is an innovative one. Environmentally sustainable organizations are the companies that meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. The research contributes to the theoretical field by systemizing the findings on the topic. The aim of this research is to propose a research agenda by synthesizing the findings in the literature on the green practices in environmentally sustainable organizations, as well as to discuss the formulated subtopics. The qualitative method of analysis was applied – the co-word clustering analysis. The literature review showed that the main gap is the “green office” issue. So, this topic was analyzed and seven subtopics were formulated and discussed.
