The paper presents the relevance of the digital transformation process in the modern economy, considers the main directions of digital transformation of the largest Russian companies and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of the company's digital transformation. The main characteristics of the successful implementation of the investment project in the field of digital transformation are defined and non-financial metrics of the investment project in the field of digital transformation are considered. A predictive model for evaluating an investment project with elements of scenario risk analysis is constructed.
