This Analytical Project is dedicated to the renewal of the Career Promotion System of the limited liability company “Scientific-Production Association Petersburg Medical Equipment Plant”. The aim of the Project was to increase the satisfaction level of employees regarding the Career Promotion System three Dimensions: Simplicity, Transparency, Efficiency. To do so, a deep comprehensive analysis was performed: with the usage of the focus-group method employees of the company were studied and their main concerns were identified. In total, there were four focus groups, each of them consisted of 10 people, while the total number of employees at the factory is approximately two hundred. Further, with the help of the scientific advisor from the company and literature review a list of potential betterments was developed. Several suggestions from this list were agreed with the management during the managed group discussion. As a result, several improvements were introduced to the company. Most of them were developed to the stage of realization (3 out of 4). The Project resulted in an increase in the satisfaction level of employees, as proven by the focus-group method and certified by the company. By this, it can be concluded that the project brought a commercial value to the company and successfully accomplished its goal. At further development, the Project may be justified by the usage of a t-test statistical analysis of the Annual Survey of 2019 and Annual Survey of 2020. Also, a general framework of the applied research was provided in the form of this paper. Thus, the Project holds both practical and scientific significance. The Project had several limitations due to the time limitations and COVID-19 disease spreading. However, as described in the paper, all of those limitations are neglectable.
