Development and Implementation of Corporate Project Management System

In this work an approach to the development and implementation of Corporate Project Management System for MegaFon was formed. In order to achieve this goal, methodological approaches to the creation and implementation of CPMS were analyzed, information about the company from public sources was collected, and an interview with a project management specialist for a more in-depth analysis of the current situation in the company was conducted. Based on the results obtained at the first stages of the study, a survey was compiled for employees of the MegaFon Department. The survey assessed the readiness of employees to implement CPMS. Based on the data obtained, elements of the system were developed that can be applied taking into account the proposed recommendations for practical use.
