Psychoanalytic Aspects of Ethical Leadership in Organizational Culture

The relevance of this work is due to the fact that nowadays the topic of leadership occupies a key place in the system of human values. In this work, we had the task to consider the role of leadership in making managerial decisions, to determine the importance of moral values ​​in the implementation of ethical leadership in practice; to determine the prospects for the development of a moral and ethical organizational culture, to conduct an empirical study of the practical use of ethical principles of professional leadership in Russian companies. To accomplish these tasks, the author used the following research methods - classification method, method of collecting and processing information on the topic of research, observation method, survey method ( questionnaires), the method of situational analysis (case-study).Based on the results of the work, the author analyzed the ethical principles of the company leader Alibaba and determined how Jack Ma’s moral and ethical concept is applicable in business practice in Russia.
