Guidelines for Organizing a Coaching Session Based on the Results of a Corporate Assessment of Managers

The work is devoted to the development of guidelines for the organization of a coaching session for top-managers who have assessed corporate competencies using the Assessment Center method, taking into account the influence of the company's psychodynamics. The reports on corporate evaluations of the management apparatus in the period from 2010 to 2019 were studied, behavior patterns reflected in the reports were compiled, correlated with leadership styles, managers coaching was organized to form an individual development plan in accordance with the compiled methodological recommendations.
