Liaison between Leader and Organization in Organization Transition

This thesis analyzes the problem of liaison between the leader and the group in the process of transformation of organization. The paper analyzes deeper motives of the behaviors of the Leader and the Group members, which entirely affect the process and the success of the transformation. The purpose of the study is to develop practical recommendations for the most effective implementation of the transformation in the organization. The scientific novelty of this work is to study the ongoing organizational changes in the context of the underlying motives of various types of personalities, who are the Leaders responsible for performing organizational transformation. As a result of the study, justified recommendations on the most effective way to implement the transformation of the organization were developed. Key words: transformation, leader, group, personality, organization.
