Analysis of Business Process Reengineering for the Transport and Logistics Company

The study was carried out to analyze the business process reengineering of JSC "Freight One" and to develop measures for further optimization of business processes. The paper aims to analyze the economic activity of JSC "PGK", to study the theoretical basis for the reengineering of business processes and analysis of reengineering, to develop measures to further optimize the process of checking unaccounted transportations. The main purpose of the work is to analyze the financial and economic indicators of the company in connection with the project of reengineering of business processes and implementation of measures for further optimization of processes. As a result, the structure of the analysis and further optimization of the business process was developed, a project to optimize the process of checking unaccounted transportation was proposed. Based on the results of the evaluation of the economic efficiency of the proposed solutions, a positive result was identified for JSC "Freight One", and therefore recommendations can be offered for the analysis and optimization of business processes of JSC "Freight One"
