The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the impact of factors of group mindfulness and resistance to change on the level of group resilience in managing the project team at the enterprise of the space industry. The relevance of the paper consists in the following aspects: this study will help to provide unique data on the influence of the factors group mindfulness and resistance to change on the level of group resilience; the theoretical part will allow to further study the effects of group vitality to manage project teams; the practical part will help to develop recommendations for improving the level of group resilience in the space industry. The aim of this investigation will be achieved by conducting qualitive research which consists of an analysis of different approaches to the concept of group resilience, in-depth semi-structured interviews with employees who involved in projects and content analysis. This will allow to examine the process of performing project though conception of group resilience in the enterprise of space industry. To verify qualitive data proposed above quantitative research will be conducted. A survey and statistical modelling among members of projects teams will be used to examine the level group resilience of the employees who directly involved in implementing the tasks. To reveal definitive findings and to test the hypotheses correlation and multiple regression analyses will be used. Subsequently, the results of these research will be compared to identify the actual level of group resilience and for defining key factors affecting project team. As a result, approaches to the conceptualization and operationalization of group resilience are analyzed, and its elements are identified. Content analysis of deep semi-structured interviews showed that the degree of resilience is perceived differently at different levels of the group hierarchy. A group resilience of the enterprise in the space industry is at a good level, however, due to the non-mandatory nature of many employees, its level is not high enough. By regression analysis, it was found that the most sagging elements are interchangeability and the ability to recover, and the level of resistance and group mindfulness is consistent with the conclusions drawn from the content of the analysis. Using cluster analysis, we were able to identify three clusters, which allowed us to determine that we need to pay special attention to improving such elements as integrity, interchangeability, and the ability to recover. As a result, recommendations were made divided into four areas, aimed at comprehensively increasing the level of group resilience. Directions for future research are identified.
