This master's thesis is devoted to the study of the relationship of the relationship of the individual to understanding his vocation in life. This topic is extremely important in the context of the development of modern industrial society. Since a person spends most of his life in the process of labor activity, and society requires more and more returns from a person, the relevance of the topic of vocation and attitude towards him is constantly growing. This paper describes a quantitative study aimed at studying the relationship of the existential fulfillment of a person with an orientation to search and discovery, as well as living a life or professional vocation. A theoretical analysis of the concept and an analysis of empirical studies of the phenomenon of vocation are carried out. Conducting a quantitative study on a sample of 195 respondents, as a result of which a number of hypotheses were confirmed about the relationship between various aspects of a person’s relationship to the concept of vocation and orientation to it with existential personality fulfillment.
