Budgeting at the Holding Company

Holding in Russia is a poorly understood concept, but today more and more organizations under this auspices conduct business in our country. Quite often this term is used in the names of large conglomerates, because the concept of “holding” is not new in Russian business. However, there is a problem of legislative regulation in this area, since the Civil Code absolutely does not mention the “holding” organization, and in order to study and analyze budgeting at this enterprise, one should turn to archial legislative acts of the Russian Federation.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. Student theses are objects of copyright and their use is subject to limitations in accordance with the Russian Federation’s law on intellectual property.

In the event that a thesis is quoted or otherwise used, reference to the author’s name and the source of quotation is required.
