Application of Modern Topological and Geometric Methods to the Analysis of Medical Data

This work describes the use of topological data processing methods for medical analysis of the human brain: 1) Possible relations between the brain and topology are shown; 2) This work contains the topological base necessary for understanding the topological methods of data analysis; 3) This work describes my experiment on data from open datasets using Dionysus and Ripser Python libraries.
