Project Management of the Distance Learning System Implementation in the Ekonika Company

The major purpose of the research is to develop proposals for a distance learning system at Econika to increase its effectiveness. As a result, it is planned to increase the satisfaction of the distance learning system users, as well as the quality and speed of courses, which will lead to the growth of the level of service, employee productivity and sales. The investigation includes the investment feasibility analysis in the development of distance learning system in the Econika company based on the analysis of turnover indicators, labor productivity, the Mystery Shopper service and the cost of one trained employee. The existing problems and opportunities for the development of the platform were identified based on a user survey. As a result, were developed recommendations regarding the platform content base extension in accordance with the map of key competencies and the needs of the organization, as well as a functional development strategy and measures to improve the platform's efficiency were proposed.
