Retention Practices with the Example of Service Companies

The successful activity of any enterprise depends not only on the qualifications of the staff, but also on the skillful use of personnel and the effectiveness of their management. Employees of the service work directly with customers and come to a master. In this regard, there is a high risk that the organization may lose some customers if an employee quits. Therefore, personnel management is the most important aspect for such organizations. Scientific knowledge related to the topic, however, is limited so far. The research thesis consists of two main parts. The first part is the theoretical statements from the reviewed literature, the second part will be based on practical experience of interviewed human resource manager in four nail salons in the city of Moscow. The main aim of the project features of employee retention in service companies with various forms of commercial activity.
