Improvement of the Transportation of Oil and Oil Products by Railway Freight Transport

The oil and transport sectors are among the fastest growing business sectors, so information about trends in these markets is updated annually. Every year, there is an increase in theoretical scientific sources and business reports on the transportation of oil and petroleum products by various modes of transport. Many consulting companies, such as EY and KPMG, annually analyze the freight transport sector in Russia, where they present trends in the development of the freight transport market, as well as the impact of the development or stagnation of production / production of various types of products on transport. At scientific conferences, reports on transport, including the transportation of petroleum products, are quite common. The transport industry is currently considered under various modern concepts, such as" green logistics "and"smart city". In the first Chapter of this work, we will analyze the company's activities and its position on the market. There will also be an analysis of the company's financial position and logistics activities. Based on this analysis, logistics problems will also be analyzed and described.The second Chapter will analyze theoretical research on the features of the order management process. The main trends in the market of oil and oil cargo transportation by various modes of transport, as well as the features of multimodal transportation, will also be studied. At the end of the second Chapter, solutions will be proposed that will partially solve the problems identified in the first Chapter. The third Chapter of this work will be aimed at describing the proposed solutions and changes in the company's activities after their implementation, as well as confirming their economic efficiency. The paper will contain 29 figures and 22 tables.
