Improving the Transportation Process Using the Example of a Trading Company

In this final qualification work, the importance of the influence of transport activities on the performance of a trading company is clearly demonstrated, depending on the choice of suppliers for the transportation of company cargo. In the work, an algorithm has been developed to improve transport activities, aimed at identifying the bottlenecks of the company and finding rational solutions to problems. The result of applying the proposed initiatives is reflected in the Dupont strategic profit model. Volume - 77 pages, figures - 17, tables - 9, references - 29.
