Light Industry Enterprise Strategy Development

Topic: Development of a strategy for the development of light industry enterprises, based on the example of “Beloshveyka”. The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, two chapters, a list of references and an annex. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the chosen topic, sets the goal and objectives of the study. In the first Chapter "Theoretical aspects of the development and implementation of the strategy for the development of light industry", the concept, types and stages of the formation of the strategy of light industry will be presented. In the second Chapter there is "The development strategy of the enterprise "Beloshveyka". In this part characteristics of the enterprise "Beloshveyka", a description of the methods of collecting information, methods of strategy development, analysis of the external and internal environment of the company “Beloshveyka" and the development strategy for the enterprise will be presented. As for the enterprise characteristics, the company's activities, organizational structure and personnel will be analyzed. The methodology section will define methods for developing a strategy for the light industry enterprise. Also, for the analysis of the external environment, a study on trends in the light industry market, an analysis of competitors of the company "Beloshveyki" will be made and for the internal environment, the economic indicators of the enterprise will be analyzed. After identifying the weaknesses and strengths of the company, I will identify strategic alternatives and choose the most suitable one. The last stage of the analysis is to develop a strategy and evaluate the economic efficiency of its implementation. Lastly, the main conclusions obtained from the study are presented. The total number of pages the work is 79 pages.
