Development of Strategic Recommendations for the Investment Banking Division of LLC "BCS Company"

This work is devoted to the development of recommendations for the investment banking division of BCS. The first chapter examines the general concepts of investment banking and key information about the company. In addition, the chapter describes the design of the study, which details all the research methods and sources. In the second chapter, an external analysis will be carried out, which will determine the opportunities and threats of the external environment and internal analysis, with the help of which the strengths and weaknesses of the company will be determined. The third chapter is fully devoted to the development of recommendations. It conducted a SWOT analysis and development of 4 alternative strategies. As a result, 2 main strategies for further development were chosen. Based on the results of the above analysis further recommendations for the company are formulated. These recommendations will help the company to increase the number of customers and, as a result, improve financial performance.
