The goal of the practical part of the study is to make out the features, opportunity and reasonability of applying the method in an organization, and to search for its advantages and limitations. The subject of the study is the unconscious aspects of the employees’ behavior at the individual and group level. The theoretical aims of the research are to consider the conceptual and methodological foundations of using such instruments as painting and drawing in individual and group work, to show reasonability of choosing these instruments as a vehicle to the deeper layers of the psyche and why it can be successfully applied in a psychoanalytic approach, to analyze the projective technique and its opportunity as the basic instrument used in the research, as well as to show the usefulness and relevance of applying painting and drawing as an instruments for the development of employees. This method is based on the generalized experience of socioanalytic methods of foreign colleagues. Empirical tasks set and completed in the study is to find out features, possibilities and the feasibility of using painting and drawing as an instrument for the employees’ development and to study group processes in an organization, to identify the advantages and limitations of the methodology in work using the example of X organization. The author’s methodology was used in the research. It’s based on the projective technique as a whole, the TAT technique, and reproductions of paintings as stimulus material. Case in organization X showed the possibility of using the methodology working with groups and individual employees, to determine the general elements of the organization of the system, to create a single mental space of the group - a space of reflection for the emergence of new implicit hidden elements, awareness of emotions, anxieties, protections and ways of moving forward. In addition, the research conducted elements of employee diagnosis, the state of the team, relationships in the team, the role of a leader, the awareness of group members, the employee’s own role, their relationship with the team, organizational task, the emotional involvement of each group member in the business result.
