In recent years, more and more companies are striving to be ethical. From the late twentieth century, business ethics began to develop rapidly. That’s why nowadays corporate code of ethics is common among large companies. In addition, most large companies openly publish their corporate codes of ethics. Furthermore, being ethical is an important component of long-term success. Usually the corporate code of ethics is considered as a document that is owned only by large companies. However, more and more enterprises own the corporate code of ethics despite the size of the company. Especially some small companies have their own code of ethics. Thereby, the general purpose of the project is to develop a corporate ethics code for the representative office of a Korean textile manufacturer Gusang in Russia. The theoretical part of the project describes the main theoretical basis of business ethics. Moreover, the theoretical basis consists of basic concepts of business ethics, ethical approaches, ethical dilemma and factors that affect the ethics of people. Methods such as interview and poll were based on the theory. In the empirical part of the project, several methods were carried out. These are the methods like interview with supervisor of the representative office, poll for the companies and people that are related to the textile industry and Personal Business Ethics Scores (PBES). Thereby, all the collected data was analyzed in order to identify the existing ethical situation in textile market and define the degree of ethical development of the representative office. As a result, it was possible to recognize the general situation of the market and the representative office. At last, based on the collected data through methods that were mentioned earlier, a final corporate code of ethics was developed for the representative office of a Korean textile manufacturer Gusang in Russia.
