Computing Nodes Development on the Sber.DS Platform

The purpose of the study is to build a service for modeling the utilization of the staff and analysis of costs at the PJSC Sberbank validation department. The paper includes a literature review of Queueing theory and simulation modeling. The main contribution of the article is the implementation of extended and base Queue Departure Computation models that enable modeling the processes taking into account different types of tasks and employees. The author developed a web service that allows PJSC Sberbank validation department experts to run simulations of extended and base Queue Departure Computation models with specifications of required metrics. The web service can be found at http://3.130.123.216/.
