This work is devoted to the problem of sustainable development of the company. Currently, a huge number of external and internal factors affect the success of the company and its living term in the market, which leads to bankruptcy and liquidation of unprepared companies. The sustainable development strategy, which is suitable for companies operating in highly fluctuated markets like the Russian one, implies not only responsible business conduct, but also maintaining and increasing competitiveness, profitability and main market positions in the long term. The strategy involves maintaining a balance of social, economic and environmental indicators in an ever-changing environment in order to maintain an effective and environmentally friendly development of the company, which is the basis for a “triple-bottom line” approach, taken as the basic one for this paper. The analysis was carried out on the basis of the LLC Gallery Gradusov company, a large retailer of alcoholic beverages in Moscow, whose strategy required changes. As part of the work, an assessment of the sustainability of the company Gallery Gradusov LLC was carried out using the method of calculating the integral indicator of company sustainability. In addition, an analysis of the alcohol market in Russia and a general review of the company’s activities was made. Based on the calculation and analysis of external factors, strengths and weaknesses in the economic, social and environmental development of the company were identified, which was presented to the company's management. Based on an interview with the company's top manager, the company’s goals for improving sustainability were identified and recommendations for achieving these goals were made.
