This study aims to formulate recommendations to improve the efficiency of corporate project management systems for a company implementing projects for the construction of electric networks. In the theoretical part, the main components of the control system are highlighted. The foundation of KSUP are the methodology of UP, OUP, ISUP and organizational culture. Based on the studies indicated in the work, the features of each of the components of the KSUP for the construction industry are highlighted. In addition, a comparative analysis of various models for assessing the maturity of UP in the organization. Together, this made it possible to identify the theoretical aspects of the implementation of the KSUP in the activities of organizations. In the practical part of the work, the research design is defined. Three methods of collecting information have been established: studying company regulations; conducting in-depth interviews with the heads of departments involved in the project work and filling out a survey based on the questionnaire to assess the maturity level of the PM using the OPM3 model by the head of the OPiRIP unit. The survey allowed us to identify the design practices that are currently used in the company. The analysis of the information allowed us to study the strategic goals of the company, the structure and processes of project management in the branch, and also to assess the level of maturity of the company. Two types of project activities in the company are distinguished - investment and operational. The information received served as the basis for the formation of recommendations on the implementation of the KSUP in the activities of the organization.
