Evaluating the Quality of Public Catering Enterprises Services in Moscow

The main goal of this research is to develop methods to improve the quality of services provided for restaurants of the "Casual Dining"price category. To investigate the current situation and develop a strategy, you need to: 1. study the literature on assessing the quality of services, identify existing theories and select the most appropriate 2. To analyze the market of public catering on the territory of the city of Moscow 3. Highlight market trends 4. analyze the quality of services and analyze the production chain of the company "singer Grill" and identify their weaknesses. 5. Develop recommendations to eliminate weaknesses and improve the quality of services provided. Desk research is used to select the most appropriate models and methods from the theoretical review. The documents are analyzed in order to study the company's structure, current strategy, and financial position. The study also includes a survey of consumers. The result of a theoretical review of sources is the selection of appropriate definitions for terms and theories for further application. Analysis of the catering market will give an idea of the market and future trends. Analysis of the production cycle and analysis of the quality of services of a particular company will allow you to determine the company's weaknesses in comparison with competitors. The survey is used to identify the needs of consumers, which will later be used to create a methodology for improving quality. The main result of this research is a list of recommendations for owners and managers of the company to improve the quality of services provided.
