Private investment attraction strategies in the East European real estate market: Case of Adva Group

A booming economy and growing competition are forcing companies to pay more attention to the optimal sources of external capital that are necessary for effective financial management. As a result, attracting financing is becoming a vital point for various industries including real estate market. The study is primarily based on company’s request in bond issue efficiency analysis and calls into question on how the company can attract private investment. The aim of our study is to broaden current knowledge of private investment attraction strategy and develop attraction strategy for Adva Group according to country and company specifics. Using the single case study method and considering the tasks of international company Adva Group, the issuance of bonds as an investment attraction strategy will be researched and the clear practical steps will be determined for the organization.
