Development of the project management system for the integrated business planning implementation

Current work is aimed at the development of a project management system for the implementation of integrated business planning. Within the framework of the work, an analysis of the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process, its structure, coordination mechanisms and implementation results was carried out. In addition, the main factors affecting the successful integration of IBP projects were also identified. In the second part of the work, the real enterprise was evaluated, and its tactical planning system was also investigated. A 7-phase project management model for IBP integration was developed and applied for this enterprise.
