Efficitncy of Information technologies in marketing communications on the example of the Sberbank Online product

This work is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of information technologies in marketing communications in the B2C market. The research is based on the Sberbank Online product case and the results obtained during the survey. The relevance of the work is explained by the lack of theoretical and practical base for working with information technologies. The result is recommendations for building marketing communication in the B2C market.
