In the modern economy of states, small and medium business have a significant impact on the development of this sphere. However, it is often difficult for small enterprises to successfully compete with larger companies and operate in various sectors of the market in general and in the furniture industry in particular. One of the key factors of the company's effective operation is its development strategy. How the external and internal environment of the enterprise affects its functioning, what can affect its project activities, how the structure of the enterprise can change – all these and other points should be taken into account when forming an optimal development strategy. This research is aimed at analyzing the current development strategy of the furniture company OOO "Nord Masters", as well as putting forward hypotheses and recommendations for its modernization.
