Information System Development for the Search of Optimal Position for the TMS Coil

This work aims to implement a software system that allows the MRI image to create a nerve path reconstruction from which the best position for the coil can be found by performing an optimization algorithm that uses the results of a simulation of the performance of transcranial magnetic stimulation to find the best position for the magnetic coil.
