Improving the Management System of the Automotive Industry Purchasing Alliance

Object of study: the strategic alliance Renault-Nissan-AvtoVAZ (LLC APO RUS). Subject of study: improving the efficiency of the procurement activities of the company. The purpose of the study: improving management approaches procurement activities of the company, namely the procurement of automotive components, in order to increase the overall efficiency of the company. Research Objectives: 1. Analysis of the competitive environment of the company, its financial and economic performance indicators; 2. Analysis of the logistics activities of the company, including the organizational structure of management; 3. Analysis of the existing procurement activities of the company. Identification of problems and growth potentials; 4. Change in the existing organizational structure of management; 5. Solving identified problems by constructing supplier selection algorithms for each group of resources, managing relationships with suppliers, changing and controlling business processes; 6. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the solution, taking into account the results of the models used and other levers of influence of the implemented concept on the financial results of activities. The work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and annexes to the WRC. The introduction outlines the purpose and objectives of the study, the relevance of the work and the structure of the work. The first chapter consists of three sections: the first contains information on the position of the company in the automotive market, an analysis of the competitive position in the market; the second part presents a detailed analysis of the financial and economic performance of the company and the logistics activities of the company, including the dynamics of the main indicators of KPI purchases. The last subsection is devoted to the subject of the study, namely the analysis of the procurement activities of the focus company in terms of auto components. The problems and potentials of change are identified. The second chapter provides the basic theoretical methods and approaches to improving procurement processes. The works of domestic and foreign schools are presented. In the third chapter, the methods presented are applied on the data of the company “APO RUS LLC”. The following is a proof of effectiveness using the DuPont model as an example. In conclusion, the results are summarized, the degree of completion of all tasks is analyzed. The main text of the work is presented in 128 pages. The text contains 12 tables and 63 figures. When writing the work, 31 sources were used. 9 applications are attached to the work.
