Transformation of the Existing Fundamental Standards of Project Management Taking into Account the Concept of Sustainable Development

Topic: Transformation of the Existing Fundamental Standards of Project Management Taking into Account the Concept of Sustainable Development. The final qualification work consists of an introduction, two chapters, an opinion, a list of literature. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the chosen topic, sets the goal and objectives of the study. The first chapter "Theoretical aspects of the sustainable development concept, project management standards and project manager competences" analyzes theoretical approaches to understanding: project management, key competences of the project manager, sustainable development concept, key standards of reporting on sustainable development and sustainable project management, considers the theoretical possibility of integrating the sustainable development concept into project management. The second chapter "Development of possible improvements to the PMBOK standard in accordance with the concept of sustainable development" describes: research methods, conducting expert interviews, summarizing the responses of respondents, identifying the main challenges and developing solutions to address them. An experiment to improve the social aspect of the CSD as it applies to the project team is also described. The main findings of the study are presented in the conclusion.
